Sometimes you CAN have it all!!!!!

In 2005 the USDA dietary guidelines committee raised the recommended daily servings of fruit and vegetables from 5-9 servings to 9-12 servings of fruit and vegetables.

We believe this recommendation is not only doable but can be delicious as well.  Cooking can destroy and denature vitamins and other nutrients in food.  Our food contains NO MEAT, NO DAIRY, NO ADDED CHEMICALS OR PRESERVATIVES.  We prepare our food using the best ingredients available.  We use a mix of love, creativity and skill to deliver healthy food that satisfies your body as well as your taste buds.

Research shows that a diet high in fruit and vegetables can significantly reduce free radical damage that causes disease.  One of the most exciting discoveries in cancer research is the cancer-battling potential of the phytonutrients in fruits and vegetables that have been shown to stop the growth of cancer cells and activate certain enzymes that can kill cancer-causing toxins.

Bored and Hungry......

The results you achieve are a reflection of your regular habits.  If you temporarily change your eating habits to lose weight or feel better, you will lose weight and feel better TEMPORARILY.  If you make permanent changes, your results will be permanent as well.

It may be hard to imagine giving up your comfort foods.  When you think of RAW food, what comes to your mind?  Do you imagine eating carrot sticks day after day as you dream of all the things you used to eat?

The pictures below show some of what is possible in the world of RAW foods.  These are the energizing foods I would love for you to add to YOUR life.
