This is great for making raw dry cereal and great to have in your emergency food storage. Dehydrate and mix with goji berries, pour fresh nutmilk over your cereal and enjoy.

If I could only eat one Power Food, this would be it.  I consider this to be an ESSENTIAL part of my diet.  I love chia seeds and you will too once you try them.


rich in flavor.  High in antioxidants.  Raw cacao powder creates endless raw dessert possibilities.

Coconut oil is nutritious and useful in endless ways.  It's a great body lotion, massage lotion and a delicious ingredient in many raw recipes.  It's great for thyroid support and anti fungal and anti bacterial.  If you are completely new to the idea of raw foods, try this instead of butter on your toast or steamed veggies.  You will taste the difference IMMEDIATELY.


Save when you buy coconut oil in bulk.  You won't have to worry about running out for a while.


This seaweed is amazing as a thickener and emulsifier.  It can make smoothies, salad dressings, sauces, soups and spreads creamy and rich without adding large amounts of fat to your recipes.  The minerals in the seaweed are an added benefit with a completely neutral taste that will not change the flavors of your recipes.
